My rate for individual therapy is $165.00 per session.

Psychotherapy services are covered under most extended health insurance policies or plans. Many clients receive an allotment per session or per year that can be applied to their care. It is always a good idea to check with your insurance provider in advance to confirm your specific coverage.

An invoice will be issued once payment is received, which you can then submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Please note that direct billing is not available at this time.

My approach is client-centred, trauma-informed, and rooted in the understanding that early experiences shape our emotional world and the ways we relate to ourselves and others. I integrate experiential, emotion-focused, relational, and mindfulness-based approaches to support deeper self-understanding and to make space for new possibilities, allowing meaningful change to take root. Together, we explore these layers with care and curiosity, allowing healing and clarity to unfold at a pace that feels right for you.
